- Work, Craft, and Calling: Understanding Ancestral Occupations. May 15 & 16, 2026, 10:30 a.m.–4:15 p.m. EDT | Online via livestream. This online two-day seminar sponsored by the New York Genealogical & Biographical Society “will explore eight different professional paths of our ancestors as well as available resources and how to locate and interpret key records.
